1.  How much does shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping at Little Lona within the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Hawaii and Alaska.

    4.  Are there any exclusions on the discount codes?

    Stokke, Joolz, dadada, Anewall, Wonderfold Wagon, Upang, Missoni Home, Magnolia Home, BabyZen, Wiwiurka, Maileg, Piccalio, Marley+Malek, and Nico and Yeye are excluded from the 10% Welcome Offer and discount codes.  Gift cards are also excluded. 

    5. How long do items take to ship?

    Most items ship within two days. However, please allow 4-8 weeks for furniture and custom handmade items to be delivered. This includes Gray Malin Cloth and Company, Nico & Yeye, Milton & Goose, Newport Cottages, Bermbach, Piccalio, Kutikai.

    6.  Do you ship internationally?

    7.  I ordered a Pre-Order, what's next?

    We will keep you up to date on the status and shipping timeline of your item.  As soon as this item is back in stock we will ship your item. Payment is required to hold your place in line for pre-orders.  If you have any questions please reach out to us at info@little-lona.com.

    15.  Does Little Lona Price Match?

    Little Lona has a price match guarantee.  Should you find something priced lower somewhere else please send us the information and we would be glad to honor that price.  Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

    16.  Do Maileg products have any shipping exceptions?

    Yes, Maileg Inc items can be shipped to all states in the US excluding Pennsylvania and Ohio. These states have laws against using recycled polyester in stuffed toys.
