The design started with the chest of drawers which evolved into additional capacious space for children’s clothes. One of the upper segments is made of shelves, the other one hides a rack for hanging clothes. Below there is a handy open shelf for most used items. The chest comes with 4 unevenly arranged drawers (including one with a surprise opening).
Key Features
- Design: An exceptionally spacious wardrobe, which at the same time does not overwhelm the interior – it will subtly complement the arrangement of every child’s room. The design draws attention with the irregularity of forms and at the same time the harmony of rounded shapes – combined indentations that open the drawers of the wardrobe. A solid piece of furniture that gains lightness thanks to a white strip on the floor and three unevenly spaced legs.
- Details: The door is finished with a longitudinal slat that makes it easier to close and optically slims the entire piece of furniture. There is an additional open shelf between the top and the chest of drawers. It has four unevenly arranged drawers – three traditionally opened and one in the shape of a cone, opening like a side door.
- Functionality / Comfort: A convenient place to store and segregate all children’s clothes. The wardrobe is divided into two parts – one has horizontal shelves and the other has a bar for hangers. A handy shelf above the drawers is a convenient place to display toys.

About Kutikai
The story of Kutikai is a tale of friends whose worlds turn upside down with the arrival of children. A bit of urban life mixed with the country living. It’s about children’s creativity observed in a conscious way. A story full of details – the more subtle and delicate the better at winning the hearts and interest of the youngest ones. And finally – it is a story of professional experience in architecture applied to design and personal attention paid to the slightest detail. It unfolds through sketches, drawings, prototypes and final forms that attempt to reach harmony between simplicity and creativity. Kutikai is a brand they put our heart into it.
Once they come up with an idea it is then instantly turned into preliminary drawings. Essentially, the production of a prototype consists of selecting materials suitable for children and choosing a safe technology.
